Chairman

Orkhan Khalilzade has been the founder of “Industrial Support and Training Services” (IST Continuing Education Center) since February 2019. He is also a co-founder of the Azerbaijan Industrial Safety Association (AISA). Since April 2023, Orkhan Khalilzade has been serving as the Chairman of the Board of AISA.

Deputy chairman

Türkan Safaraliyeva is the co-founder of “Industrial Support and Training Services” (IST Continuing Education Center). Since 2024, she has also been serving as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Azerbaijan Industrial Safety Association (AISA).
