This Privacy Policy applies to information collected by the “Azerbaijan Industrial Safety Association” Public Union (hereinafter referred to as AISA) on its website, through other platforms used in connection with the services and products we provide, and through telephone, email, form or questionnaire, message, letter or other communication methods. We would like to inform you that in accordance with article 9.7.4 of the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “on personal data”, AISA carries out the collection and processing of special categories of information belonging to members of the public association with the aim of achieving its legal goals and without transferring the data to a third party. AISA will use your personal information only for communication in order to inform you about the application of services and news about AISA, as well as other updates.

      When using our services and products, as well as when applying for membership and participation in projects, it is intended to collect the following information:

• Contact Information – AISA may request other information, including information about your first name, last name and patronymic, full name of a legal entity, position, actual and legal address(s), contact number(s), email address(s), if necessary. It should be noted that such information may be used when you register to use the services and products provided by AISA, to participate in conferences and forums to be organized. Please note that it is your obligation not to share this type of information, in which case the provision of relevant services by AISA will be impossible.
• Information about members – •  Information about members – AISA collects information from applicants for membership about their date of birth, citizenship, gender, past work experience and responsibilities, main field of activity, interests, social media accounts, certifications and achievements held, and other information such as mentioned may also be required. At this time, following the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Personal Information", this Information, which is considered confidential, can be shared with a third party only with the permission of the individual.
• Registration information for membership, participation in events - When filling out the registration forum that you will get through any communication to use the conference, forum, seminar, workshop and/or services held by AISA, information other than your above-mentioned information may be required. Please note that if you meet through the AISA website and register for projects not conducted by AISA, the protection of personal data collected during the registration process is not regulated by this AISA Privacy Policy, and AISA is not responsible for any incidents that may occur.   

      Purposes of data collection

      AISA uses the information we collect to provide our services and products and to administer the activities of the association. We may use and store such information to provide affiliate activities, such as:

• provide you with the service or product you have requested;
• to secure your membership status;
• to apply your membership benefits;
• To analyze and evaluate member and prospective member needs and interests, and to improve the member and prospective membership experience;
• To notify you of AISA's official business, news, activities, programs, events, meetings, conferences, services, products and benefits;
• tracking your participation in events, meetings and conferences;
• monitoring educational activities;
• preparing invoices and making payments;
• to respond to a notice of copyright infringement;
• ensure the functionality and security of our services;
• in order to achieve other legitimate purposes.

       The essence of the ” Privacy Policy " is that we do not transfer or sell your personal data to other persons and entities, except AISA (or the operator of personal data, to whom the task of collecting, processing and protecting personal data on a contractual basis) without notifying you of the transfer of your data to a third party and without your written consent. However, in some exceptional cases defined by Article 13.2 of the Law "On Personal Data", it is possible to transfer your personal data. For example, it is possible to provide such information to the relevant governance authorities as required by law.
