The Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation was signed between Azerbaijan Industrial Safety Association (AISA) and Azerbaijan Construction Materials Manufacturers Association (ATMIA).

The document envisages the exchange of knowledge and experience between the parties in the areas of safety, environmental protection and sustainable development in the fields of industry and construction, implementation of joint training and projects, as well as cooperation in the direction of harmonization of normative regulations in this field.

According to the document, the purpose of the memorandum is to contribute to the development of cooperation in the field of safety by taking joint initiatives in the legislation of the countries in which they operate and areas of common interest. The main directions of cooperation within the framework of cooperation are the harmonization of regulatory documents, risk assessment, application of ESG (environmental, social and corporate governance) standards and conducting research on the construction industry.
