The “CEO MeetUp: HSE Day” event, organized in a B2G format, brought together leaders from various government bodies, representatives from the private sector working in occupational health, safety, and environmental protection, as well as officials from the relevant regulatory authorities.

The opening speeches at the “B2G MeetUp” were delivered by Orkhan Khalilzadeh, Chairman of the Azerbaijan Industrial Safety Association (AISA), Telman Aliyev, Chairman and CEO of the Caspian Energy Club, and Prof. Dr. Muhammet Fatih Bilal Alodalı, Director General of the Turkish Occupational Safety Authority.

The event featured several speakers, including Orkhan Huseynzade, Deputy Head of the State Labour Inspection Service under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population, Ismayil Nasirov, Deputy Head of the State Agency for Industrial Safety and Mining Supervision of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Idrak Nazarov, HSE and Carbon Footprint Group Head at BP Sangachal Terminal, Nurlan Akhundov, HSE Manager at SOCAR Downstream and Head of the HSE & KN Department at SOCAR Urea Plant, and Amil Calalov, Country Manager at Bureau Veritas.

The event was moderated by Orkhan Khalilzadeh and Telman Aliyev. During the Q&A session, participants discussed topics such as occupational safety, environmental protection, and emergency preparedness and response measures.

The “CEO MeetUp: HSE Day” concluded with a networking session, providing an opportunity for company representatives to interact and exchange experiences.
